How about this: Put Batteries & starters in Sprints, line up all the cars staggered in the front straightaways, have a starting line 50 yards back, the Track pistol fires and there off, all the drivers hop into their Sprints and go, this would eliminate the Pill draw question, it works in Europe road racing, OK, never mind, I'll be quiet..
