Yesterday was okay but this persistent productive cough is a real pain in the neck.
It just weakens me. However, I am still on my quest to get to the next level with this weight loss journey.
Today, is yet another "social" gathering but I am prepared. The constant barrage of "events" is really a bummer. However, it should all be over by June 22nd. In the past, I would jump off the train, but now, I just need to keep going.
I had my shake this morning and I'll be drinking water (for my cough and my Cambridge) throughout the day.
