77 days more to go Posted by Yvonne on 6/10/2018, 10:32 am Good morning: Yesterday was okay but this persistent productive cough is a real pain in the neck. It just weakens me. However, I am still on my quest to get to the next level with this weight loss journey. Today, is yet another "social" gathering but I am prepared. The constant barrage of "events" is really a bummer. However, it should all be over by June 22nd. In the past, I would jump off the train, but now, I just need to keep going. I had my shake this morning and I'll be drinking water (for my cough and my Cambridge) throughout the day.

How wonderful it is that that you are able to get back on track! I didn't stay with the SS over the weekend and it will be a couple of days before I am totally back on track. I had the Cambridge FFL Oatmeal for breakfast everyday and I have no appetite. Keep goin' Yvonne!

Vicks vaposteam in my vaporizer, Mucinex, sauna. I returned to physical therapy today and everyone had the same persistent cough. So, I don't know WHAT the heck is going on. Just don't give up, MaryL. Do what you need to do to get over this bump, but please don't give up.
