I am sorry that that cough persists. Are you using a vaporizer? How wonderful it is that that you are able to get back on track!

I didn't stay with the SS over the weekend and it will be a couple of days before I am totally back on track. I had the Cambridge FFL Oatmeal for breakfast everyday and I have no appetite.
