I have been sitting here reading all of the posts and wondering why am I up at 4:45 am... Not for long, headed back to bed. 5 days gone headed into my 6th day.......... Talk about inner struggles. I am committed but my body is on a rebellious trip that is wearing me out. Just say NO.. 45 lbs to lose. No set date but I would like to be down 20 or so middle of October. Our anniversary is that week and we are headed to BellaVista Arkansas for all the craft fairs. I LOVE being in Arkansas in the fall......... Beautiful!
