I’m not here to proselytize but I found a new approach to losing weight and it’s not weighing yourself. To me, it’s about establishing a routine. So far, for me, I am getting into a routine of getting up, bike, crunch, Cambridge, walk in the park, shower ——out the door.
I’ll let you know when it stops working.
