Establishing a Routine Posted by Yvonne on 9/2/2018, 7:11 pm Hi, everyone: I’m not here to proselytize but I found a new approach to losing weight and it’s not weighing yourself. To me, it’s about establishing a routine. So far, for me, I am getting into a routine of getting up, bike, crunch, Cambridge, walk in the park, shower ——out the door. I’ll let you know when it stops working. Until then, have a great day. I’m on Day 6!! Ketosis? Where are you babe?!!

With all you've got going on it's probably best to just keep your nose to the grindstone and not be distracted with numbers. As long as you are not deviating from your program, there is no need. Not sure what the holdup is for you going in to ketosis. Are you still having appetite issues? Are you sticking to only 3 servings? Maybe an extra until you achieve ketosis would be a good idea.
