Setting Goals - Day 2

Every night I write in my diet journal. My journals date back to 2010 or 2011!I think it does help me to write down my success AND the failures for the day so I can hopefully learn from them. In all these many years I haven't reached my goal weight- A healthy BMI of around 25 or below would be wonderful but I would be happy to have a BMI of 30 to 35. My BMI is at or above 50 at this time
and that is very unhealthy! In the past attempts at weight loss I feel that there is something inside me that has blocked my progress. I need to get at the root cause of this obstacle in order to rise above. This time in writing down my thoughts and feelings in the journal I began setting daily goals such as- water intake, cleaning a specific area in the house, sorting clothes to donate, etc. This allows me to change my focus.
