I thought that my walking in the park, exercycling and abdominal exercises were putting me in shape. OBVIOUSLY NOT!!! I will not be defeated, I am going to try again. My knees were screaming at me during the class, but I just have to keep a good mindset and my knees will follow (I hope).
Whew!! What a workout! My cardiovascular system was definitely jumpstarted. I got my 10,000 steps in today, too. So, all in all; it was a good day.
