I didn't do as well as I would have liked on Day 4 but that is part of the process. Moving along and rising above it I am digging in my heels not budging from my plan.

I haven't had anything to eat today and as soon as I close will get ready for work.


We have a storm coming tomorrow. I want to buy some broth which is allowed on the SS because it is served warm and I can mix it with the Cambridge FFL soup.
