I was a night eater too. It was also my hardest habit to break. Now I have a hard and fast rule, no eating after dinner at 6pm.

What can you do during the hours at night that you are the most tempted? I took up knitting so my hands were busy, and you don't want to eat when you are knitting! I never actually made anything. Just knitted! lol
