Still Here At Day 3 Chexk In Posted by MaryL on 1/3/2019, 1:26 pm My laptop is not working right. It seems the battery ran down and it is taking forever to charge. My old computer -bless this computer is still working.It's time to buy a new desktop and I feel really sad about letting this one go! Last night after 11 pm, after work I struggled but that is pretty normal for the second day.I have had my share of trouble with night eating and it is a rough habit to break. there is nothing I can do except continue down the path to better health. Now I have a hard and fast rule, no eating after dinner at 6pm. My computer before the one I have now was 11 years old when I finally had to accept that it had given all it had to give . I was really attached to it because my son had built it for me. I learned to love this all in one that I have. What can you do during the hours at night that you are the most tempted? I took up knitting so my hands were busy, and you don't want to eat when you are knitting! I never actually made anything. Just knitted! lol

Nothing after 6 pm is a hard and fast rule for many and has been suggested by many of the" whole foods diet doctors". I have tried it in the past and yes it did work until I let it slide. It is a great idea to do something else with your hands so you can't eat. I have needlepoint, can drink herbal tea or broth, and can do some crochet. It 's up to me to break the cycle.
