Hi Pam. You bring up a good point. Nothing after 6 pm is a hard and fast rule for many and has been suggested by many of the" whole foods diet doctors". I have tried it in the past and yes it did work until I let it slide. It is a great idea to do something else with your hands so you can't eat. I have needlepoint, can drink herbal tea or broth, and can do some crochet. It 's up to me to break the cycle.
