I know there have been many debates over the years on this board about weighing. Everyone has differing opinions on it based on their own experiences and the struggles they have had. It comes from a desire to spare others from stumbling over those same obstacles so it comes from a good place. But we're all different and weighing in is one of those decisions we each make for ourselves. For those that know it will mess with their heads, they can avoid the scale and just power through. Others need that daily ritual to keep their head on track. I've been both over the years as I've maintained. Sometimes I just go about my business until my clothes fit right again. Other times I've been a morning ritual weigh-inner with BP, Blood sugars, and charted everything! lol!
Being in tune with our personal needs as we progress and adapting as they change is the way to go.
