Day7 Down 8

Hello. It is Day 7. I am happy to announce the loss of eight pounds. As in the past I like to weight myself daily the first week and document it in my journal . My plan is after a week or 2 the weigh ins are few and far between as in maybe once per month. I understand there are some who don't believe in the weighins but I really think it helps me to stay on track. As soon as I put the scale away it's like "whose watching, whose gonna know, and I can eat what I want..." That seems to be my pattern and it has to stop. Air Fryer FFL Oats Cookie is my breakfast.
