Last I posted I told you about my daughter's death in July. I went through a second death of a very close friend and co-worker of 10 years in October. It's been a rough year.

I have gained ~30 lbs since July. I just put in an order for a month's supply. It has been over 10 years since I have sole sourced. Last time I lost over 20 lbs in that month. Time to do it again. I have purchased it. Now I need to find the willpower.
