Hi Pam

Last I posted I told you about my daughter's death in July. I went through a second death of a very close friend and co-worker of 10 years in October. It's been a rough year.

I have gained ~30 lbs since July. I just put in an order for a month's supply. It has been over 10 years since I have sole sourced. Last time I lost over 20 lbs in that month. Time to do it again. I have purchased it. Now I need to find the willpower.

I'm so sorry about your friend. Having so much loss has taken a dramatic toll on you, I'm sure. I experienced a year where I lost my nephew, his mother, and then my mom and grandmother all within the same year, each several months apart. It was completely overwhelming. It's so important for you to care for yourself. I didn't. I let grief blot out any thought of self care and ended up terribly ill for a number of years after. By the time I had given up and accepted my fate of progressive disease and eventually succumbing to it, I found Cambridge (and I was actually searching to find something to save my 18 yr old daughter who was over 400 lbs) and began my road back to healing and restoring my health. You can do this.

Thanks Pam, I have had my serving of Oats with Coffee today. I will have my 3 servings. Goal will be to be SS by end of week. Until then I will include some protein until I get into Keto.

I’m so saddened to hear of your losses.

My husband us undergoing surgery tomorrow and I am a mess. However, over the past seven months, Cambridge has been my savior.

I wish you and your family peace.
