Well, I am back from Denver and I am pumped! While on my conference, our team decided to challenge everyone to a Million Step Challenge for 2019! We were all provided a VeryFitPro watch to count our steps daily. We had to sign up and those on the challenge have to record daily steps on our company Portal for tracking. The first to get to A million steps wins $500! Second place is $250 and third is $100. The challenge will end in December and prices and winners will be announced on our next annual conference in 2020.
I had already started walking before my trip so I am averaging about 15k/day which puts me at 67 days to reach my goal IF I walk 7 days a week (or 100 days at 10k/day). My water intake is about a gallon a day... I have also been doing the 4-min work out that Pam shared.
So, my BIGGEST challenge is CAMBRIDGE and eating habits! HELP. LOL I have reduced and cut off. Since it's Lent season I am not eating out until Easter (maybe even longer than that) and I only eat home cooked meals.
My stratedgy for Monday is to start Cambridge once and for all. Wish me luck.
