My daughter and I just returned from Mardi Gras and the French Quarter. We walked an average of 16,000 steps per day while we were in New Orleans, seeing everything from the Ninth Ward to Jackson Square. It was a delightful time until I got back home, jumped on the scale (my enemy) and found I had gained 15 pounds in 10 days!! Eek!
But knowing I have Cambridge as my weapon against fat, I started sole sourcing and am feeling much better and less bloated now.
