Hi Ann. I started today. Following Pam's keto meal plan I had the high fat keto meal with my first shake. It's not SS but the main thing is that it helped me to stay on track so far today and helped me to avoid the "food booby trap" in the kitchen. I just had my second shake. I am craving smaller jeans sizes, eliminating joint pains, swollen feet and ankles, a waistline but no food!!! |
