So its been awhile since I've posted. I have been observing. Last year I was doing good until my adopted daughter ran away, but I don't want to get into that.Its about me now and I am back on track. I started back on February 19th. I need to get down to 230 for hip replacement. I am down 32 lbs. was doing close to SS but doing micro cakes so some additions. Started losing slow. Last Week I started complete SS and lost 5 lbs. Five weeks until I see the surgeon. 25lbs until this first goal. Not letting anything stop me this time. After my husband had stents put in February that was it. He lost weight also, but not on Cambridge. It is hard but I am thinking of the light of end of tunnel. I also use celery because it helps with inflamation. I also do the 4 minute workout. This is only exercise I can tolerate right now. I wish there was a local group where we could actually get together any talk. |
