But, it has been to my detriment. Now, with the physiology of Cambridge (modified fasting), the ketosis suppresses my hunger and I can function throughout the day without being hungry. But, waiting for that ketosis to "kick in" is a killer.
Tomorrow is the third day for me and it usually is the day I "break". I have to steal myself, knowing that it is "coming for me", i.e., hunger.
But, I have my fat thighs to handle any need for calories. So, I ain't starvin' and I keep telling myself, "It will all be there when you are finished getting to your weight."
