One little trick to handle physical hunger while on Cambridge is salt. Ketosis causes the kidneys to release water and sodium. Sometimes the body confuses this with hunger. Get some Redmonds sea salt or any good quality pink sea salt. Put a little in your water or coffee. Salt actually smooths out the bitterness of coffee. Or even just put 1/4 tsp or so in your hand and toss it under your tongue. Drink some water after. You can also take a swig of pickle or olive brine. It totally shuts down hunger within a few minutes for me. It also helps if you are getting leg cramps from the electrolytes lost in the first few days.
