Happy Fourth of July everyone- Let's celebrate our freedom today. Out forefathers gave their lives to gain independence from oppression. Presently, and I stress about this a lot) we may all have to fight to hold onto our First Amendment rights and our right to vote in free elections without foreign interference. Let's also celebrate freedom of choice to have better health and a healthier lifestyles by doing our Cambridge.
My dear poor husband had gallbladder surgery with complications, has a drainage tube and is in pain but bless his heart, today, he is going to grill some brats, ribs, and chicken for our company .
My cellulitus turned to lymphedema. Due to lymphedema both of my legs are wrapped from knee to toes with chamomile wraps. The only shoes I can wear are flip flop sandals. My left foot and leg are so swollen then even wide shoes will not fit over the bandages and it feels like one big bruise. I go back to the hospital clinic tomorrow to have my legs checked and have chamomile wraps put on. I haven't been able to work because the steel toe shoes won't fit.
I am not doing Cambridge SS right now- have no appetite but want to start fresh tomorrow and try the SS. There are better days ahead!
Enjoy your day!
