I have been trying to "get back on track" since July 3rd and have been miserably failing to do so.
I have 43 more pounds to lose and I am trying to get there. My mind is so messed up and not focused about what it is I am trying to achieve.
Thank goodness I have this Board to let folks know that it is NOT easy, but it IS doable. I just need to get my MIND focused again.
Syl?! Where are you Syl? There is the better part of the month still left and I can put a big chunk of this weight behind me, if I get back to my routine.
So, I am trying again today and I will KEEP TRYING until I get to where I am going.
