Hi, folks:

Everyone seems so down in the dumps.

Cambridge has demonstrate that it puts corporate interests first above its customers. Once you know that, then we need to "PUSH THROUGH" with what we CAN control. And, that is our weight loss with Cambridge for the remaining two months.

When God closes a door, HE opens a window. I believe that with all my heart because He has demonstrated his strength and love for all of us despite distastrous times.

Halloween started great for me, but I folded with thinking about Trick or Treat, having to buy candy for the children, the parties for Halloween. I just wasn't strong enough and yesterday was another less-than-perfect day.

However, today, started off better and I am a bit more focused. When I ate some of the chocolate candy that I was SUPPOSED to offer the children, that night I had such painful leg cramps, I couldn't get a good night's sleep! That'll teach me to each chocolate bars.

Just keep going, people. Despite the odds and the adversity, there will be another day to strive and for hope.
