We didn't hand out candy this year. We usually don't get many kids anyway and I had no desire to spend money on candy and then just throw it out. Andy and I have been 100% sugar and grain free for over 10 months now. I wouldn't have any problem not eating it, but I have a feeling he might and I was happy to agree with him not to participate this year. We left off the porch lights and continued on with some house projects that we are working on.

We have a realtor coming by this afternoon to give us an idea of our property value. We have a lot of big decisions to make depending on what we are told.

Yes..it has been a difficult time. Stressful too. First they tell us they are making more Rich Chocolate, then they are not. Then they say they are doing one last batch of Dutch Chocolate, but evidently it will only be enough to fill the backorders, so everyone else that has been waiting will not be able to get any.

It's been so hard to keep getting people's hopes up, only to have to tell them it's not going to happen. I HATE how the company is handling this. While they sit up there untouched in their Dean Distributors corporate office, us distributors and Janet in the Monterrey office have to be the ones to handle this emotional devastating mess they dumped on us. It's been rough.

I hope you got rid of the candy. Even chocolate isn't worth leg cramps! I hate those things!

Glad you are back on track. I'm counting on you to reach your goal before Cambridge is in the history books. There is Thanksgiving and Christmas to wade through, but maybe this year will be different since this time we can't count on Cambridge being there to save us after the new year.
