Someone once said "Failure to plan is planning to fail." A plan in place to deal with stress is what I need.
Oh well, what does really matter is I am still in the game and that is what counts. Rising above it and moving on- my plan for today- 2 Cambridge shakes- 1 "Zone" balanced meal and walk the dog/exercise on stationary bike. Eventually with endurance I want to try one of the videos on YouTube designed for spinning.
