I understand about self sabotage. Sorry to say, I do it also. On a positive note, it sounds as if you have a very good plan with the 2 shakes and 1 zone balanced meal. Your exercise plan sounds great. Both of my knees are in pretty bad condition, so I do less intense walking than I would like.
