Yesterday, I didn't walk as much (only 6,624 steps). I wanted to go to the newly-reopened park close to my home and OMG!!! there seemed to be hoards of people, not social-distancing and just "hangin' out". So, I went back home, put on my mask, got by bottle of Crystal Light water and started to walk around the neighborhood by myself. I hate pedestrians and runners who run or walk in the street when I am driving. So, I had to do some reconnaissance because not all blocks have sidewalks in my part of town. But, I mapped out a path and started walking. I saw some nice little shops on my outing. I have to keep them in mind when they re-open.
This morning:
Stationary Bike - 10 miles
Super Stomachs - 12 minutes
4-minute workout
After breakfast, off to my downstairs office for remote access to do some telemedicine.
