One day down Posted by Yvonne on 8/28/2018, 2:04 pm Okay, so I messed up two weeks ago. But, I'm still here!! Today, I had a new source of resounding energy. I started back on my stationery bike and began my Joannie Greggains Super stomachs workout. What a surprise!! My whole body was like wood---stiff and in pain. But, I did them anyway. I went to the gym and had a workout with the trainer and came back and swam a few laps in the pool. So far, so good! I wish everyone well.

We just got home from taking my daughter to her ENT appointment to see about her Thyroid surgery. Hours in the car and sitting around at various Dr offices, all I wanted to do was get home and swim some laps in the pool. I feel like all the blood in my body is in my legs and ankles. Of course, as soon as we pull in, the dark clouds roll in with lightening and thunder. Sigh...No pool for me. I just had my lunch shake. I guess I must be in ketosis because it's almost 4:30 here and I wasn't even hungry. I made it with this morning's coffee left in the pot and it was delicious. Waiting for that caffeine to kick in! I hope the rest of your day is successful. I won't cheat if you won't! lol!

That's something you've never experienced before! Your home as your safe zone for SSing. I'm feeling optimistic about this!
