Just had a read back over the posts and I must learn to read posts properly. Yes they were on rods. Phill was joking when he said i loved longlines. I don't own a torpedo but do have a longline on my boat. These were caught between 630pm and 930pm. As for bait, after gutting them all we need to find a Tackle shop that stocks fresh "snapper biscuits" then work out how to put them on a hook!! They were chocka with them!!
