To me they have a disgusting flavour and I give them away or put them back in the drink. I have often heard that oven baking them is the way to go.
Perhaps try a fillet liberally coated in peri-peri chip sprinkle and some the South African spice rub called Zulu Fire added plus some garlic tomato paste and a lemon wedge - wrapped in aluminium foil and baked for 25 mins in a moderate oven. Throw the cooked fillet away and spoon whats left over some lightly buttered fresh brown bread - enjoy!
