Looking at getting one of these rods.
Q: The low rider guides means what ? are they best suited for OH, even though, I have seen this rod advertised elsewhere suited to both OH & spin.
If LR means that they sit lower on the blank, will the guides still be big enough to realistically be used for spin ?

If this rod suits both spin/OH, I will use my shuttle for light line beach fishing. For fish the river mouth I will use a heavier line on a spin reel.... what reel would you put on it to keep its balance, budget around 3 hundy
