Sigh, I'm still not getting the hand of it. I've been watching plenty of tutorials on youtube on basic beach casting but something still isn't clicking in my head. Its probably something really obvious.

I didn't have any shock leader so I used some cheap 60lb mono that I have from the warehouse, It didn't turn out so well using the slim beauty knot. It quickly unraveled itself (its probably the way how I'm tying it).

I've decided I'm not going to continue with casting practice until I find a tutor.
