Ive got my Squall 15 attached to my newish Okuma Salina 14' and find it a pleasure to cast with 3-4oz - I just have to get used to how snappy these new carbon rods are compared to some of my 25 plus year old rods - when practicing I normally start on 6 - 7 clicks up from no break and work my way down to 5 clicks - Ive just started to adjust the breaks straight after the cast quickly moving the adjuster down to 4 - 3 clicks - I now mostly get over runs due to not stopping the spool quick enough .
