NO, nor a decent selection.
Simple reason for adding a larger tip ring it takes the pressure of a weed lump striking and breaking the tip, simple physics really.
ABU man seems happy with the advice he got, job done. OSF or DPL what's that mean? cheap shot at someone who gives advice and has previously done custom rod builds? who knows, who cares.
