Fishing is serious when life throws you curve balls. I'm not though going to put my personal loss here just getting totally absorbed into fishing helps.
Yes I've known about the rods for along time. As is having a rod ring break or the tip due to poor workmanship.
Last time I bought a product from the NZ stockist the product (resin) was way past its use by date and had degraded probably due to storage, a better product arrived today in pristine order.
