You would need a suitable cross frame bar to replace the bottom bar of the level wind to create a CT frame, these are available as are the bungs for the top level wind mechanism. Other wise the frame could twist out of shape.
Not really designed for "heavy use"
Struggle to hold that much 30lb line but its line diameter that determines capacity.
