    Gidday Paul,I have tried in the past mincing fish bonito or mullet flesh mixing it togeather in flour using tuna oil to bind it like you were making doughboys rolled them in to balls no bigger than a golf ball and left them outside for the outside to harden or form a crust so they dont break up in flight, then biff them as far as you could into the area your fishing or use a slingshot the theory was that the balls would break up rolling around the tide releasing flesh and oil some broke in flight but thats ok your still spreading the burly weather it worked or not I couldnt tell ya but it sounded all right in theory
