If after sharks you might try getting a few rabbits or even a sheep (seen it done, carve up as fresh as possible and biff the carcas in the surf. More blood the better. Works a treat. I've seen 7 gillers with their bums in the air no more than 5m from the pebbles. Awesome sight.
