Will call it Bonito as this is what the retailers call it. When you buy frozen Bonito from the retailers what is the way to tell that it was fresh frozen or not?All of it looks much the same and it is always frozen.Can it be thawed,cut up into bait size pieces,frozen again without it effecting it to much as a bait? It seems a waste to thaw out a whole fish when you only want a few baits.
