    Hi:

    Going up to the mighty HB this weekend . Staying in the Tuki valley and will be taking a stick with me .
    Hope to put a line out at Te awanga but havent ever fished there (surfed heaps so know the area- or rather what it was like a hundred years ago)
    There were enough cuts on my feet to assure me of the presence of the green lipped ones

    Am I mad? Is ther a better place to go close round there? DOnt fancy a jaunt at east clive or Hamo river mouth but if that is a better then I guess thats where i'll head to

    Thoughts in broad brushstrokes are welcomed
