Big article in the Guardian today about Doritos Roulette being banned in some school.

People were livid. "WHY IS THIS NEWS?" "THIS IS JUST AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR DORITOS" and so forth. Almost 1000 comments like this. Crazy.

It's a legitimate story. A school is banning a flavour of crisps over its potential health effects. And there's the possibility that these might be taken off the market. So yeah, I'm usually right there complaining about the Guardian's crappy articles but not this time. This was a perfectly valid story. It's not earth-shattering stuff but it's a story worth telling.

I don't think that they were long for this world anyway. They're clearly a limited-time only product.

I won't miss them. They're a fine novelty but I wouldn't eat them on a regular basis. I would eat Colissions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though. Why would they discontinue such a hugely popular flavour? They did the same thing with taco flavour. There's always a petition to bring back taco flavour but the Frito Lay corporation couldn't care less. They have enough money, I guess.

I can't think of any other limited-time only food products. I guess the McRib. I had one as a kid and didn't like it.

I suppose that fast food places do this a lot. At least in the UK. I never really went to fast food places in the US so don't know the situation there. But yeah, even like Subway tries new stuff regularly. Sometimes it gets added to the main menu like...they had that Indian sandwich that used pita bread sandwich for a limited time and now you have the option of having pita bread for your sandwich.

They're had some bad ideas, certainly. Actually, I think the pita bread is a bad idea. But they also had a sandwich that used some avacodo paste. And then you could add this avacado paste to any sandwich for an extra 20p or something. So they'd really push this. And the workers there are usually South Asian immigrants who don't speak English very clearly so I've seen people get this green shit on their sandwich just because they can't understand what they're being asked. They also don't realise that this is costing them 20p. It's grossly unethical.

Last time I was there they also had some like pizza bites or something. Mini pizzas. I saw somebody order them once but only once.

I'm always surprised when people get a salad. I mean, they have all of the ingredients there, I guess, but do you really want a salad from Subway using the toppings that they use for sandwiches? It seems weird to me.

My local Subway closed a couple months ago. I hadn't been there in ages because I stopped using the train station that required me to walk past there. I think I was keeping it afloat. Hopefully those guys found other jobs by now.

And so many rude black people there. I wouldn't put up with that shit so I can appreciate the closure.

Speaking of rude black people, my friend should be coming over this weekend. She's not all that rude but you see her in public crowding old ladies and it reminds you that she's black. She doesn't intend to be rude but she just doesn't understand. She has a different idea of appropriate behaviour in public. It's just how black people are. They don't quite get how white society expects them to behave. This results in the high crime rates for black people.

And I don't begrudge them. There's no malicious intent. But it's like if you release a chimp into society. It would be okay for a while but it wouldn't be long before it's sinking its two inch long fangs into somebody's skull.

The chimp isn't evil. It's just too primitive. Maybe in 500 generations of careful breeding and intense training chimps will be able to live among us but humans will also be 500 generations ahead by then. So chimps will never catch up.

So what's the answer? Keep chimps out of society. It's the same for black people. Keep them in their violent societies in Africa. There's no other solution. I mean, you wouldn't invite a chimp to a fancy dinner party. Of course, black people are more evolved than chimps but they're not at a level where they can live peacefully with white people. Just look at the African countries and how they operate. It's based on violence. This is how these people are naturally. It's not a character flaw. It's a glimpse into mankind's past. Maybe they'll improve in 1000 years but they're not there yet. And white people will be 1000 years ahead by that point too.

So this brings me to Ireland. What kind of demographics are we looking at? Wow, only 12,000 Americans in the whole country. About the same number of Chinese. That's depressingly low. But about 35,000 Africans, about half of which are from Nigeria. That's not that many.

And check this out: Irish 84.5%, other white 9.8%, Asian 1.9%, black 1.4%, mixed and other 0.9%, unspecified 1.6%.

There are actually more Asian people than black people. And by Asian they probably mean East Asian because there's not the problem of South Asian people being able to move there somewhat easily as is the case in the UK.

Effectively 95% white. That's nearly 100%. What's Finland's demographics?

Finn 93.4%, Swede 5.6%, Russian 0.5%, Estonian 0.3%, Roma (Gypsy) 0.1%, Sami 0.1%.

Well, alright. Not as heterogeneous as Finland. According to that dubious data there aren't any non-white people in Finland at all. Or at least they're statistically insignificant.

Still, I'm happy with 95%. What's the UK?

Ethnic groups: white 87.2%, black/African/Caribbean/black British 3%, Asian/Asian British: Indian 2.3%, Asian/Asian British: Pakistani 1.9%, mixed 2%, other 3.7%

Yeah, definitely. And in London, it's far fewer white people than that. The US is like 75% white last I checked. This was years ago. Probably like 60% now.

Anyway, either Dublin or Helsinki would be good options for me. I'm just sick of it. There's loud music in this shitty apartment now. No prizes for guessing the race of the perpetrator. But again, it's like being angry at a chimp for chewing on your head. They just don't know any better and can't be taught.
