Hey, Miss Wang is in Scotland. Isn't that crazy? It seems that she was in London a couple of weeks ago and about a week ago she started posting pictures of herself in Scotland. Mostly alcohol-related. Did a tour of a brewery. Went to a few public houses. Been in Edinburgh and the Highlands.
For the London photos, somebody says, "You're a Londoner now?" and she says, "I'm just here for a few days." And for the Highlands photo she says, "I'm moving" but I think that's just because of the scenery. She has to first secure a job and that's not happening. We have enough video game wholesaler managers here.
How does she get the money for all of this traveling? I mean, I assume it's from prostitution but she's in her mid 30s now. And even in her prime, I wouldn't have paid.
So yeah, I'll give her a miss.
In other internet dating news, I got my first non-bot Tinder match in like ten days. She hasn't been online since. But I looked her up. She was in the news last year for being involved in a fight involving a "lesbian love triangle." She was just a friend of one of the women involved but still. She's a chav. Big time.
Think she has a kid too. Maybe more than one. Her "lesbian" friend also gave birth recently.
And she's 22. One of the kids she has in a lot of her pictures looks to be like seven. The other is an infant. So...yeah, I think I'll be moving on.
That seems to be the way with Glasgow. And Scotland generally because this 22 year old is from some little village 20 miles from Glasgow. These are low class people. You find too many sophisticated types.
The customer service is shocking. I went to a court recently and saw terribly unprofessional behaviour from a receptionist and a court usher.
Now, are receptionists and court ushers professions that require advanced degrees? No. Have I seen unprofessional receptionists and court ushers in London? Yes. But this seems exceptionally bad here.
I think that the distinction is that the rude behaviour I experienced in London seemed to come from assholes. But in Scotland, I get the impression that these people just don't know any better. They're not being jerks because they're jerks. They're behaving like jerks because they never learned how to behave properly.
I think as well that they just lack the intellectual development. I mean...in London, yes, I didn't like English people but I never once questioned their intelligence.
In Scotland, the people are noticeably and significantly less intelligent than all other caucasian groups I've encountered. It's like living with proto-Europeans which in a real sense, they are.
So...yesh, I don't like it here.
The trains are amazing, though. I went there at 8.30 am and 5.00 pm. Peak times. It never even got crowded enough for people to sit next to you. On my way back, there were only two other people on the platform. Totally awesome. No more pushing and standing and calling people out for rude behaviour. Just peace and tranquility. Short journey time too. That Glasgow subway makes the entire looped journey in 30 minutes and it takes you more or less around the city. Pretty cheap too.
