I'll tell you what else I've noticed about this diet: clear urine. At least for the first couple of days. That's a sign of good hydration.
Going shopping again tomorrow. What will I need? Chicken, of course. Also I'm going to get a marinade or two because frankly I'm already getting sick of chicken and sriracha sauce. Also, some pasta sauce. I already have pasta and yeah, the chicken is getting to me. Good to mix things up. Still have chicken every day but can have pasta for a second meal.
Fruit-wise, I did well with raspberries and two oranges. Ate the raspberries on the first day and an orange each day after. The only problem was that this chicken lasted me four days. So maybe get another orange. They seem to keep well and I like them. Apples..not really my thing. Don't care much for hard fruits. And if the fruit is too squishy (e.g. raspberries) they only keep for a day. Oh, bananas are an option, I guess but I'd have to buy a bunch so it's a committment.
I still have about half a bag of pistachios. And then yeah, I think I'm going to get a couple bags of tortilla chips.
Also...maybe something sweet. I get nine packs of Snickers usually but I'll be going to M&S which I don't think has them. So maybe some biscuits. It's just to keep the blood sugar up. I don't feel well if I don't eat something sweet. And it doesn't have to be a substitute for the fruit. I'll eat a piece of fruit every day and only then will I go to the biscuits as needed.
And really, I don't think that I'm gaining weight with this diet. I think that this diet exists to lose weight. I'm definitely more hungry. If I just had some crisps and/or biscuits that would tide me over.
I mean, 230 calories in a chicken breast. I eat two a day. Then 100 grams of brown rice is 110 calories. An adult man should be getting 2000 calories a day. I'm only up to...what...600. Well, 690 calories in a cup of pistachios. I'm probably eating about that. 45 calories in an orange. 215 calories in a Snickers. We're getting there, I guess.
I wonder why chicken breast is so low in calories. I guess that's the idea. It's low in calories but high in some other shit that's beneficial so you can eat a lot of it.
Doing some Facebook stalking. Hey, this skank who lived in the UK and married an Irish guy now lives in Luxembourg. I can't figure out why. She just got married recently too. Really put it off. She's looking a bit tubby. That's the thing with this Facebook stalking nowadays. Everyone looks old. It's depressing.
Some people don't put pictures of themselves up. They just put pictures of their kids up. In a real sense, they actually become their children. It's a small mercy that they're not posting pictures of themselves but it's also pathetic.
Then here's a guy posting a bunch of "comedy" drawings about how he likes fat chicks. And his wife is fat. And he's fat. And his kids are fat. It's not healthy on several levels.
I really dodged a bullet with some of these Mexican women. They liked me but I just ignored it. Now they're all fat. And this chick has a couple of handicapped children. One of them is on a baseball team called the "Challengers". That's not right. She was selling a couple of nice chairs earlier in the year, though. La-Z-Boys, of course.
Also, a lot of these former classmates seem to be high on Jesus. Talk about "church day", for example. I guess that's Sunday. It just seems weird in this day and age for a non-immigrant to be interested in Jesus of Nazareth. Nothing wrong with it, I'm not here to preach atheism but it's just weird to me.
I assume that Rudy's page got hacked. It's just bingo spam. But he moved to Canada, it seems. Or the spammer did.
I wonder what happened with the high school reunion. It's been 20 years. Isn't that the main one? I don't see any mention of it anywhere. Maybe there wasn't one. Or is 25 the main one? Might be 25.
Was there ever a reunion, though? A ten year reunion is pretty common.
Anyway, most of these sad bastards can just walk to any reunion.
