No ill effects from that tomato. Great. I wonder if it's because I also incidentally wasn't eating chicken in that week (except for that wrap) and went back to my all hamburger diet.

Going back to chicken on my next shopping trip, though. I only stopped because I couldn't find...I don't know...black pepper or something. Possibly cumin as well. Amazingly, the local Tesco doesn't think black pepper is important enough to stock in suitable quantities. I went twice, about three days apart, and they didn't have it either time. So next time, I'm just going to have to walk down to the Sainsburys or the M&S.

I'd like to try something else with this chicken but...the fajitas are pretty decent. When I was just eating chicken breast with spices on it, it was really difficult to choke down. But the fajitas are okay. And you only have to make them once and it lasts for a few days. And it's easy to make, particularly if you get pre-cut chicken.

I'm not even sure the chicken is necessary any more. The reason I started with that in the first place was to improve my diet for working out. But I've eliminated all of the diet except for the chicken. I originally wanted to eat rice and fruit and nuts but that all went by the wayside pretty quickly.

And my workouts are really slowing down because I just don't have enough weights. I didn't work out for two weeks, I did it today, and it was no problem. As soon as my intercom gets fixed, I'm going to order more weights but until then, it's kind of a waste of time.

I suppose in any event that the chicken is probably more healthy than the hamburger meat. Particularly this shit I get from Tesco. It's not as bad as the AWFUL beef that I got from Tesco years ago that claimed to be like 70% beef (which we now know was probably horse) but still. It's not good beef or "beef" at Tesco. It's still only like 80% so-called beef.

It's beyond me why nobody is selling 100% beef in this country. The price difference would be negligible. I mean, okay, let's say it would cost 20% more than the 80% beef. Who cares? I'll pay the extra ten pence per burger or whatever.

In other news, it's like week two with no television. It's just absolute shit all day long, day after day.

Been playing some Crusader Kings 2 again. Got a good game going in India. I saved right before the next big war. After the war, I'm going to be able to make an empire title. Sweet.
