Getting this transcript work done. Finished the last transcript yesterday and did half of the next transcript today. It was about 90 minutes' worth. But I'm breezing through it because I have a good note because everyone spoke slowly. I started at about 8.45 and finished by noon. That includes extended breaks. So I was also able to go to Tesco and play Crusader Kings 2 for a couple of hours. Think I'm going to take a nap now. It's 2.45. Be back shortly.
Here it is, I've time travelled 90 minutes into the future. That was weird. I'm hearing a lot of banging upstairs like somebody is using a hammer. But I know I'm going to come back to this post so I think about how relaxing it is to take a nap.
Then I suddenly see a huge spider on the futon where I'm sleeping. It was right near my head. So I jump up, prop myself by one arm, and I'm about to throw a book at this thing when it slowly disappears.
I was propped up and looking at this thing in real life. I think. I mean, the spider wasn't real but I was looking at the sofa and thought that I saw a spider. I think it's the banging upstairs that caused this. I wasn't fully asleep. So I was in a middle state between sleep and awake.
There's time to work out. I just don't feel like it now, though. I did it for the past three or four days, though, so I can take a day off. I recently increased weight and things are going fine. My right arm wasn't feeling good for a while. I think it's the wrist. But now it's fine. Almost 100%.
But yeah, these spiders. There's a lot of them here. Real ones. A few days ago, I went to the kitchen at about 11.00 pm to get a glass of water and I saw one on the floor in the corner on a web. So I sprayed it like crazy and went back to bed. Got the water from the bathroom sink instead.
Next morning, that spider was laying there dead. Great. But there were also three other dead spiders on the floor. They must have eaten some of this insecticide.
Next day, again a dead spider on the floor in the morning.
Somehow I doubt that I got them all. You put your hand into any of the cabinets on the lower level and you feel spiderwebs everywhere.
Anyway...4.20. Yeah, forget about working out. I'm huge enough. Anything watchable on tv? Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. You know you're in trouble when that's the best thing on.
Wasn't this a short-lived Saturday morning cartoon in the late 80s? I think it was.
Yeah. It was in 1990, actually. But this is weird. It only ran for a season and a half. And after this abbreviated second season, it was replaced by a live-action series for the remainder of the second season. Ran for seven episodes.
Also weird: the first season of the cartoon was produced by Hanna-Barbara (who did a bunch of popular television cartoon series such as the Flintsones) and had Keanu Reeves, George Carlin, and Alex Winter as the voices. So the people from the film.
But in the second season, it changed channels and changed production companies. And they replaced the voice actors with the guys who would eventually play the characters in the live-action version.
By the time this second season was out, Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey was released. I'm pretty sure that that didn't do well.
