Defecated. First time it was difficult to crap in months. Since I started eating this granola cereal. I actually gave up my first go around and only managed the second time. It was solid, though wet.

I'm chalking up the difficulty in crapping to my visit to the dentist yesterday. Had to have a couple of fillings. It wasn't too bad. But yeah, whatever they inject into you probably caused problems with the defecating.

Just the two fillings, though. Is that good? I don't know. Considering that I don't brush regularly and it was over a year since my last visit and I'm 40. I say it's okay.

I think avoiding tea and coffee has helped. That shit stains your teeth. Smoking as well. I don't smoke. And I very rarely drink sugary beverages and don't eat many sweets. So this all contributes to cavity prevention.

Hey, found a new former classmate on Facebook.

I went to 1st to 8th grade with her. She was kind of chunky.

We lost touch in high school, not that I ever talked to her in grade school. But I heard a rumour that she was at a party playing some sex game and the guy had four fingers in her vagina. Then at some point, he said, "Get off me, you fat bitch".

So what's she doing now? Working at a diner-style chain restaurant as a server. Her previous job was a server in a different restaurant.

She's single. Has a daughter.

She's also overweight. Not grossly obese but probably obese. And not a looker.

But at least she moved. She lives in Las Vegas. So that's something.

Back to the subject of appearance, she posted a few pictures of herself. Let me reiterate that she is not an attractive woman. But under every picture there are women talking about how beautiful she is and she responds thanking them.

It's just so disingenuous. I hate that shit. "Have you lost weight?" No, she's as big as she's ever been, you lying pig. Are you blind?

Hey, I discovered another lost classmate by going through her friends list. This other classmate actually is moderately attractive. I mean, she was a drug addict in high school and not particularly attractive even back then so you can't expect much but considering all of that, she looks alright. I recognised her. Would I have sex with her? No. But she's not so unattractive that these "you're so beautiful" comments come off as just flagrant lies.

She's a dental assistant and living in Florida. Married, has at least two sons. So good for her.

She was a real dunce in high school and one of the few girls in the borderline "special" classes that I took so she did as much as she could with what the good Lord gave her. She's also a religious person, it seems.

Here's a guy...I recognise the name...man. I wish I could place this guy because his Facebook is crazy gay.

No, I went looking for my yearbooks but I can't find them now. But yeah, he's there with a drag queen and a gay Indian who's only wearing underpants.

Hey, yet another new classmate found in this. She looks great but I can't figure out if these are pictures of her or her daughter or what. People are sending her condolences about her grandfather. She has one picture that's clearly of her but it's with some fat guy who looks like he could be her father.

If these are pictures of her, she takes great pictures. She looks the same as in high school. I think some of these actually are high school pictures, though. She has two daughters and that fat guy is presumably her husband.

I remember a guy I knew in high school really liked her. I also went to grade school with this girl. So at the start of the 9th grade, this guy says to me, "Weren't all the guys wanting to get with her?" I said, "No". He couldn't believe it.

It's true, though. She wasn't in the hot girl clique. She was in the average-looking girl clique. Although, I guess towards the end of grade school, she started to hang more with the hot girls.

Anyway, I didn't think she was hot but if these pictures are accurate, she's aged well.
