Also, I never replied to that "39" year old woman so she got offended and unmatched me. Maybe I was going to reply today. Or the weekend. Maybe I'm busy. But she didn't want to wait. I was unlikely to reply to her, though.
Took a dump yesterday the likes of which I've never seen. HUGE log. Thick all the way through. My stomach had been grumbling for the day or two previous to that. At one point, I had stomach pain. I haven't had stomach pain since I was a kid.
So yeah. That thing was brewing. I haven't had much of that granola cereal of late. I've had some but not much. I think you have to find the right balance. I don't want the HUGE horse dumps that I had when I ate that stuff every day for two weeks but I also don't want the constipation that I suffered through prior to introducing granola cereal to my diet.
Maybe two bowls a week is enough to get the right consistency. I could go for two bowls a week. The risk is I don't want to eat so much of the stuff that I get sick of it and stop eating it for months or years. So has to be done in moderation.
